Latest Update - Cabinets almost there!

All the cabinet doors & drawers are installed now. And the full-height "pantry" cabinet is in place.

The (real) Pantry has drywall up...

And the cabinet extensions up to the ceiling have started going in... Bit more to install and then trim-work...

Plan is to have the kitchen DONE by February 8th. It'll be close, but I think we'll make it.
