 So this is about the end of the road... We're basically 'done' with the restoration. 

Here are the final before-and-after photos as best we've got:

In the end, here's all what we did:

• New 200-amp electrical service
• All walls/ceilings stripped of 2-4 layers of wallpaper
• All walls/ceilings patched & repainted
• All hardwood floors stripped & refinished
• All kitchen cabinets repainted
• All kitchen appliances replaced with stainless steel premium-grade items
• Dishwasher & Disposal intalled with relevant plumbing & electric.
• Walk-in pantry created
• All kitchen/family room flooring replaced
• All switches and outlets replaced
• New mantel in Living room with wiring for TV.
• Upstairs bathroom gutted to the studs and all tile / shower / fixtures replaced.
• New crown molding in all rooms
• Garage insulated with 100-amp electric, heating & cooling installed
